Installation
E-Quest Field Service is available to install all E-Quest systems. The service is provided at a fixed rate and guarantees the product to be operational at the customer's site. Published installation rates are available for any product. Contact us today to learn more.
Field Service
E-Quest can offer nationwide field service on all equipment, regardless of where you purchased it. Service is provided by highly trained staff. A Service Manager is responsible for monitoring all service activity from initial installation to routine maintenance. E-Quest monitors every service event to ensure you are provided timely and effective support.
Time and Material Service Calls
This "on call" service is available for all E-Quest products regardless of where you made your purchase. All Time and Material calls are arranged through Customer Service by calling 855-378-3780 x101, 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. CST. Warranty
E-Quest warrants that at the time of delivery and for 90 days thereafter, each product shall be operational to the published manufacturer specifications. NOTE: Various products have a 90-day Parts Only warranty, while others have a 90-day Parts and Labor warranty. Please contact a sales representative for details.

Annual Maintenance Contracts
Extended Maintenance contracts are available on all E-Quest systems.
Total maintenance provides you with skilled service personnel and unparalleled support at cost-effective rates. Rates are determined based on 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. coverage, 5 days per week ( Monday through Friday ), except national and local holidays. Response time is typically within four to six hours. Parts and labor are included.
E-Quest is pleased to quote maintenance contract pricing for special conditions.
Products furnished from E-Quest qualify for our annual maintenance coverage at installation. Products that have not been installed by E-Quest or have not been under maintenance are also eligible for maintenance after an initial inspection. This inspection is regarded as a Time and Materials service call.
Repair Services
E-Quest can repair or refurbish all E-Quest provided printer systems and most other printers as well. Please contact Customer Service for a quotation to address your needs.
Depot Repair
The repair of certain products is addressed more economically through our depot repair. Depot repair services are available on most printers. Please contact Customer Service should your needs dictate depot repair.
